About Kathy O’Brien

Kathy O’Brien is a local. She grew up in Huntington and graduated from Huntington High School and
Marshall University. She and her family have made their home in Barboursville for over 25 years. Kathy
has an extraordinary family, lovingly known as “the clan,” with many adopted friends over the years.
Kathy is thankful for her ever-loving and patient husband, Johnny, and her beautiful daughter, Gabrielle,
who is the light of her life. She also loves home renovation, landscaping and all things plants and
flowers. Kathy has worked in and around the real estate industry for over 20 years. One of her biggest
strengths is listening to people, and her guiding principles are respect and integrity. What she wants
most to do in real estate is to be of service to all clients in reaching their goals.
